Welcome Alumni
Since its founding in 1983, ACDS has provided a strong educational alternative to Alexandria's public schools and to the private schools with a more traditional program and sectarian affiliation. Today under the leadership of Head of School Alexander Harvey IV, 240 students in grades kindergarten through eight learn together under one roof, benefiting from a challenging and creative academic program and the guidance of strong and caring faculty. Alumni of ACDS are living legacies to our mission who exhibit values of kindness, respect, and compassion in their community and share a broad appreciation of the world around them.
